Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals to join our HCM practice. This role targets analysts through manager level with strong functional and transformation expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and HR digital initiatives.

You will lead or support end-to-end implementations, gather requirements, configure multiple modules, and drive data migration and go-live activities, while engaging HR leaders and stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Accenture is seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP practice. This role is suitable for professionals ranging from Analyst to Manager level who possess strong functional and transformation expertise across SAP SuccessFactors solutions and HR digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather, assess, and translate business and HR requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Configure and deploy one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules, including:
• Employee Central (EC)
• Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Recruiting & Recruiting Marketing (RCM/RMK)
• Onboarding 2.0
• Performance & Goals (PMGM)
• Succession & Development (SCDP)
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Compensation
• Variable Pay
• Workforce Analytics & Planning (WFA/WFP)
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, business process reviews, and system demonstrations.
• Support integration activities involving SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, third-party payroll systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Lead data migration, data validation, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and solution documentation.
• Support organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption initiatives.
• Provide trusted advisory services to client HR and business leaders regarding HR process transformation and technology enablement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–10+ years of experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, HRIS, or Human Capital Management transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with at least one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes including hire-to-retire, talent management, learning, compensation, performance management, succession planning, or workforce planning.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and stakeholder management activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel to client locations (100%).
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules across Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, or Payroll.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or payroll integration projects.
• Knowledge of HR digital transformation, employee experience, talent strategy, workforce planning, and HR operating model design.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or third-party systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, CPI, Dell Boomi, or other integration platforms.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules.
• Experience working with regional or global HR transformation programs.
• Consulting experience in Financial Services, Resources, Communications, Consumer Goods, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Technology industries.
