Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia is seeking a qualified consultant to provide services to clients both domestically and overseas. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree, have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SF/HCM implementation projects, and be proficient in English.

This role involves reporting to the Consulting Manager, managing consulting activities, and contributing to company growth. Candidates must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 scale.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP SF/HCM implementation projects.
• Certification in Recruiting Management solution is preferred.
• Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must.

• Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 scale.
• At least 5 years of working experience in SAP SF/HCM implementation Project.
• Preferably having certification or have experience in Recruiting Management solution.
• Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees.
• Having good problem solving skill, analytical and logical thinking.
• Willing to work hard and having excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mastering in using Microsoft Office tools.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work in tight schedule with under pressure.
• Willing to travel both domestic or overseas.
