Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia client seeks a Sales Project Supervisor ~ Manager in the Pipe/HVAC sector across Indonesia. You will identify and nurture EPC project opportunities, build relationships with owners, developers, and MEP contractors, and drive market entry strategies.

Role requires 5+ years in sales or business development for MEP equipment, strong English, and driving license. Frequent travel and close collaboration with internal teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of Sales or Business development selling MEP equipment for construction projects.
• Business English required; Mandarin preferred.
• Understanding of EPC project promotion rhythm and procurement process.
• Own SIM A or C; valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and monitor construction projects and opportunities across Indonesia to generate new business leads.
• Establish and maintain relationships with project owners, developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships with MEP subcontractors to grow opportunities.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and project pipelines.
• Lead project sales strategies to enter new markets and close deals.
• Independently manage opportunities from lead to negotiations and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, product recommendations, and project execution.
• Travel frequently for customer visits, site inspections, meetings, and market development.
