Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia seeks a capable MEP Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance and operation of MEP systems at project sites.

You will monitor compliance with designs, specs and schedules, coordinate with contractors and teams, review drawings, and ensure proper testing, commissioning and handover.

Candidates should have a bachelor's in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 3 years' MEP supervision experience, with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP supervision in property development, construction, or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and applicable standards.
• Able to read and interpret MEP drawings, specs, and documents.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with contractors and project teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
• Willing to be placed in BSD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and operation of MEP systems at project sites.
• Monitor MEP works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth MEP execution.
• Review shop drawings, technical documents, and material specifications related to MEP works.
• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, defects, and risks, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor contractor progress, workmanship, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Prepare progress and inspection reports and other MEP-related documentation.
• Ensure MEP installations are tested, commissioned, and handed over according to project requirements.
