Job summary

PT Genergy Global Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC projects from planning to completion across Indonesia. You will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years in HVAC project management (central AC systems), strong estimation skills, and English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC project management experience.
• Experience with central AC systems (chiller, AHU, cooling tower, VRF).
• Proven estimation skills for cost plans and tender documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: define scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk plans.
• Estimation & Cost Control: prepare accurate HVAC cost estimates and monitor budgets.
• Team Leadership: lead site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Client Management: act as primary client contact and provide progress updates.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: procure materials and negotiate contracts.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: ensure compliance with standards and safety regs.
• Documentation & Reporting: produce progress, financial, and risk reports.
• Handover & After-Sales Support: coordinate warranty and service handover.
