Job summary

SHANGRI-LA JAKARTA is seeking a Senior Sales Manager (SSM-MICE) to drive local and international MICE business, focusing on meeting packages with at least 10 rooms and above. You will report to the Director of MICE, coordinating with the Sales & Marketing team to implement group activities and maximize opportunities in your area of responsibility.

Requirements: fluent oral and written English; 3–4 years in Sales & Marketing; knowledge of basic selling skills; experience in leading a team.
