Job summary

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in Jakarta seeks a Senior Sales Manager (SSM-MICE) to lead both local and international corporate accounts with meeting packages for groups of 10 rooms and above. The role reports to the Directors of MICE and Sales & Marketing and focuses on maximizing business opportunities in its responsibility area.

Key duties include driving group activities and coordinating with hotel leadership to deliver successful MICE events and grow the market share.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in oral and written form.
• 3-4 years' experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Knowledge of basic selling skills.
• Experience in handling team.
