• 5+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in Hotels, MICE or Travel in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team relationships.
• Proficient in sales presentations and event conceptualization.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism or related field; Diploma holders welcomed.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team; thrive under pressure.

Job description

The Sales Manager - MICE will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, responsible for overseeing the Asia and Middle East markets, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the sales team. The Sales Manager - MICE will also work closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of events.

About you

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

Excellent in Sales Presentation and Event Conceptualisation

Strong leadership and management skills

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

University Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism or a related field. Diploma Holders with extensive track record and sales experiences are welcome to apply

Experience in event planning and execution

Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level and an added foreign language will be an advantage

Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
