Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of senior sales experience in HVAC, pumps, cooling tower, or related industries.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or owners and handling projects.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, and Controls preferred.
• Experience in building industry is an advantage.
• Basic SAP knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions to new and existing customers.
• Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs and present to stakeholders.
• Lead tenders, proposals, negotiations, and bid activities for optimum profit.
• Handle payment collection and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide monthly reports on sales activity and revenue attainment.
