Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Sales professional in Jakarta to drive HVAC systems sales, including chillers, pumps and cooling towers. You will plan annual order strategies, lead tendering, and negotiate contracts to achieve targets.

Responsibilities include securing payment, reporting revenue progress, and nurturing long-term relationships with contractors, consultants and owners. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator.

Responsibilities

• Study product knowledge and company working procedures.
• Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with Department goal.
• Achieve business sales target with YOY growth in the region.
• Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers.
• Lead negotiation and/or bidding activity at optimum profit levels.
• Close orders to achieve goals and targets; responsible for payment collection.
• Provide monthly reporting on secured revenue and nonfinancial metrics to management.
• Develop relationships with customers to maintain long-term service relationships.
• Identify customer requirements and monitor market competitor activity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
