PT Byond Tech Global is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive revenue across online and offline channels from Karawang, West Java. You will develop strategies, manage a multi-channel sales portfolio, and lead a sales team to meet ambitious targets.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in sales leadership, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a track record of closing deals and growing revenue across marketplaces, websites, and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing multi-channel sales: marketplaces, e-commerce, websites, and offline.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, lead conversion, upselling, cross-selling, and closing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to manage team performance.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales strategies, targets, and action plans for each sales channel to achieve revenue objectives.
• Manage and optimize activities across marketplaces, websites, affiliates, bazaars, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into transactions through upselling, bundling, and cross-selling.
• Monitor revenue achievement, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness, identifying improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure traffic and leads are converted into sales.
• Lead and develop the sales team by setting targets, delegating, and monitoring performance.
