Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• 5+ years online sales/e-commerce experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Knowledge of marketplaces and live selling strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Data-driven with sales reporting and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the online sales team across CS, marketplace roles, live hosting, and web admin.
• Develop and implement online sales strategies across website, marketplaces, and live selling.
• Set and monitor monthly and annual sales targets.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock accuracy.
• Monitor SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Coach and train team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics for smooth operations.
