Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of driving measurable GMV or revenue growth across e-commerce platforms
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret performance data to support strategic decision-making
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and annual marketing strategies to drive brand growth
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights
• Manage KOL and Affiliate partnerships and campaigns
• Plan product launches, promotions, and e-commerce campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing content
• Lead Marketing, Content and Live teams for campaign execution
