Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Audit Specialist Risk Controls to join our Purwakarta site. This role focuses on advancing maintenance planning, process control, and cost efficiency across lines with a strong emphasis on TPM, PM, and PDCA.

You will coach line teams, own key maintenance KPIs, manage RM budgets, and collaborate with regional technology forums to drive improvements and cost reductions in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM/PM and TPM tools for equipment maintenance.
• Capability to lead a Line and coach SWP owners and PDCA activities.
• Experience as Line Leader, aligning goals and managing IDP.
• Bachelor degrees in engineering disciplines relevant to maintenance.
• Experience in FMCG or similar manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and centerline settings for equipment and processes.
• Own PM systems and KPIs; manage RM costs for the line.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans; train technicians for self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and changes.
• Act as site technology owner in regional/global forums and support new initiatives.
