Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a maintenance expert to lead planning, process development and the implementation of Planned Maintenance in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will oversee PM systems, centerline settings and spend on repairs while developing the technical skills of technicians across shifts.

The role requires deep knowledge of AM/PM, PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron) and a background in FMCG manufacturing.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of AM/PM systems including AM- Step 4 and PM- Step 3.
Ability to lead line teams and coach next-level SWP owners using PDCA.
Experience with line goal setting, IDP deployment, and performance coaching.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Prior FMCG experience preferred.
Proven experience maintaining filling and packing machines.
Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
Hands-on robotics familiarity is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements.
Own PM systems, maintenance budgets, and centerline settings for equipment.
Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans for lines.
Build technician capability to operate and maintain equipment independently.
Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements.
Support line leaders with benchmarking and PM-related training.
