Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of autonomous maintenance and PM/AM standards.
• Ability to lead line-level teams and coach junior technicians.
• Experience with PM systems, R&M budgeting and reliability initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting of filling and packing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, process development and implementation of maintenance elements.
• Own technology settings, centerline, and PM/O&M KPIs for lines.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; build technician capability.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and cost reduction.
• Support new initiatives and benchmark with global tech forums.
