Job summary

FINNS Bali seeks a strategic Senior Revenue Manager to maximize revenue and optimize profitability across its world-class venues and experiences. The role focuses on data-driven forecasting, dynamic pricing, and capacity management to protect margins during fluctuations.

The position requires strong analytics, experience in hospitality or similar high-demand, low-capacity settings, and excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Qualifications

• Strong revenue or yield management experience in capacity-constrained settings.
• Experience building pricing and forecasting models from scratch.
• Ability to explain the logic and numbers behind recommendations to senior management.
• Systems literacy; able to define IT/system requirements (coding not required).
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Lead Revenue Management to optimize revenue from limited daily capacity.
• Set dynamic, hourly pricing based on real-time demand and capacity.
• Set daily guest targets and coordinate staffing and openings with Operations.
• Maximize advance bookings to lock in revenue amid weather/demand fluctuations.
• Create pricing and inventory rules for Sales, Reservations, Online, and Walk-in teams.
• Build forecasting and pricing models in spreadsheets, test with real data, and validate results.
• Translate proven models into clear system requirements with IT.

Senior Revenue Manager (FINNS Bali)

FINNS Bali is looking for a strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking Senior Revenue Manager to maximize total revenue and optimize profitability across our world-class venues and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead FINNS’ Revenue Management function to optimize revenue from our limited daily capacity.
• Set dynamic pricing that adjusts hourly based on real-time demand, bookings, and remaining capacity.
• Set daily guest targets and work with Operations to determine the right staffing levels and areas to open.
• Maximize advance bookings to secure revenue early and reduce the impact of weather and demand fluctuations.
• Create clear pricing and inventory rules so Sales, Reservations, Online, and Walk-in teams all follow the same pricing strategy.
• Build forecasting and pricing models in spreadsheets first, test them using real business data, and prove they work before introducing new systems.
• Work with the CIO and IT team to translate proven models into clear system requirements. You do not need to build or code the systems yourself.

Qualifications

• Strong revenue or yield management experience in airlines, hotels, or ski resorts — businesses with limited capacity, perishable inventory, and changing customer demand.
• Experience building pricing and forecasting models from scratch, not only operating existing revenue management software.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, inventory allocation, and revenue performance metrics such as RevPAR/TRevPAR.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to explain the logic and numbers behind your recommendations to senior management and the Board.
• Able to challenge and validate data-driven decisions against real customer and business conditions — not just rely on spreadsheets.
• Systems-literate and able to communicate clearly with IT, including defining system and integration requirements. Coding experience is not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, or beach club operations is a plus, but not required.
