Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in L&D managing teams.
• Expertise in diverse training methods including e-learning.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee English Division, e-Learning Manager, and Learning Manager to align with goals.
• Develop and execute strategic learning frameworks to enhance skills and performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement training needs.
