FINNS Beach Club in Bali is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead bar operations, develop the team, and optimize beverage costs while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy setting.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple outlets, maintain quality and consistency, and collaborate with F&B leadership to hit financial targets and drive memorable events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years experience as Bar Manager in a high-volume hospitality venue.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail trends, and premium spirits.
• Proven expertise in costing, stock control, and beverage cost management.
• Experience leading and motivating a multicultural team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Skills to write up lesson and training program for the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all bar operations across multiple outlets.
• Lead, train, and develop bartenders and barbacks, ensuring service standards are met.
• Control beverage costs through accurate stock management, portion control, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain and improve cocktail menu, ensuring balance between guest appeal, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Create and implement SOPs for ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
• Monitor bar hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
• Work closely with F&B leadership to achieve financial targets and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and execute bar activations, events, and promotional activities.
• Report regularly on sales, margins, wastage, and staff performance.
