Job summary

PT Hindo (H&M Indonesia) is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for our nationwide retail store network. You will coordinate M&E, HVAC, and electrical systems, manage contractors, monitor budgets, and ensure stores stay safe, compliant, and operational.

Based across Indonesia, you will lead day-to-day maintenance operations, review requests, develop preventive programs, inspect stores, and report on cost, performance, and vendor quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in retail maintenance, facilities management, or similar.
• Experience managing maintenance operations for multiple retail stores is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across all retail stores in Indonesia.
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for M&E, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, technicians, and service providers; review quotations and costs.
• Inspect stores, ensure compliance with safety standards, and monitor vendor performance.
• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and cost records for management.
