Job summary

PT Indo Sultan Jaya in Indonesia seeks a Maintenance Engineer/Leader to develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance, maximizing equipment reliability and uptime in our manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Maintenance Engineer/Leader in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices.
Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.
Good teamwork and communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Regular inspections and monitoring of machinery performance.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize disruptions.
Maintain detailed maintenance records.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff.
