Job summary

H&M Indonesia is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of retail store development and fit-out projects, primarily within shopping malls in Indonesia. The role requires hands-on experience in retail construction, store openings, and project coordination with landlords, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and well-structured, capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail construction, store development or project management.
Experience delivering retail stores, preferably in fashion brands and shopping mall locations.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager in managing store construction and fit-out from design to handover.
Coordinate with landlords, mall management, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
Monitor progress against schedules and milestones.
Support risk and issue identification and corrective actions.
Attend site meetings and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
Prepare project updates and documentation throughout lifecycle.
