Job summary

PT Longmotive Indonesia Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead MEP maintenance across Data Center projects in Batam, Indonesia. The role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate maintenance teams, contractors, and subcontractors on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within MEP/construction or data center environments.
• Experience leading and supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related MEP equipment.
• Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs and coordinating contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities for MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and implement preventive/corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with technical specs, drawings, method statements, maintenance procedures, and project standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Project Manager, Engineering, Construction, EHS, and other departments.
• Supervise external vendors and subcontractors for specialized maintenance and major repairs.
• Maintain records and prepare maintenance and equipment status reports for management.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize disruption.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, energy use, and overall performance.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and standards for Data Center projects.
