Job summary

Kredivo Group, Jakarta, is seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across key business areas. You will guide problem identification, design and implement improvement initiatives, and ensure sustainable gains through strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires hands-on analysis, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable actions. Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the process improvement roadmap for assigned business areas, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and effort.
• Analyze processes and data to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and root causes; translate findings into actionable plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem identification to rollout and post-implementation review.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other functions to align scope and timelines; resolve blockers.
• Establish baseline performance metrics; monitor results and ensure sustained improvements.
• Ensure new processes are supported by clear SOPs, controls, stakeholder communication, and training.

Job description

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation, including at least 2 years leading teams or complex cross-functional initiatives. Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements, such as shorter turnaround times, higher productivity, lower costs, or fewer errors and complaints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, validate assumptions using data, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• Hands-on experience in process mapping, SOP development, business requirements documentation, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align senior stakeholders, resolve conflicting requirements, and drive decisions and execution across departments.
• Experience managing multiple improvement initiatives, setting priorities, allocating resources, and coaching team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and interpreting operational data. SQL proficiency and experience in collection operations are advantages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to present problems, recommendations, and decisions clearly and concisely.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem identification and process redesign through requirements development, UAT, rollout, and post-implementation evaluation.
• Work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other relevant functions to agree on scope, solutions, ownership, and timelines, and resolve implementation blockers.
• Establish baseline performance and success metrics for each initiative, monitor results, and ensure improvements deliver measurable and sustained outcomes.
• Ensure new processes are supported by clear SOPs, appropriate controls, stakeholder communication, and training to drive consistent adoption.
• Lead and develop the process improvement team, review the quality of deliverables, and provide senior management with concise updates on progress, results, risks, and decisions required.
