Job summary

Astro Holdings Berhad in Jakarta seeks a Senior Process Improvement Lead to identify and streamline end-to-end business processes, with a focus on payment and campaign workflows. You will design, implement, and govern scalable processes that drive efficiency and consistency across teams.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop SOPs and process flows, and use data analytics (SQL) to identify root causes and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BPM, Process Excellence, Operations Strategy, or related roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop SOPs, process flows, and governance.
• Comfortable with SQL for data analysis.
• Strong business acumen and ownership of operational outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Candidates should be able to translate business needs into repeatable processes.
