Job summary

PT Multirasa Nusantara (YOSHINOYA Japanese Restaurant) seeks a procurement professional to manage production records, inventory controls, and quality systems within our central kitchen environment.

You will optimize budgets, negotiate with suppliers, build long-term vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams to support operational goals. A bachelor's degree and at least three years in F&B procurement or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food Industry, F&B, central kitchen, or a similar environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong negotiation skills.
• Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented with analytical abilities.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Ability to drive process improvements and maintain transparency with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control measures.
• Budget and expense optimization aligned with company needs.
• Maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.
