Job summary

PT DEWA MITRA SUKSES is seeking a seasoned Purchasing professional to manage end-to-end procurement for a restaurant operation located in Bali. You will develop buying strategies, source reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure quality and timely delivery of food, beverage, and equipment to meet budget and standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of purchasing experience in hospitality, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and purchasing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of food, beverage, equipment, and general operational supplies.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of supplier management and purchasing procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory systems.
• Honest, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies in accordance with restaurant requirements and budget.
• Source, evaluate, and maintain reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Ensure all purchases meet the required quality and company standards.
• Monitor market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Review and approve Purchase Orders and purchasing requests according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B, Cost Control, Finance, and Operations regarding purchasing requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely purchasing to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier documentation, quotations, and price lists.
