Job summary

PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to manage end-to-end procurement activities across the organization. You will oversee supplier selection, negotiations, and contract administration to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years in procurement or supply chain, with two years in a supervisory capacity. Strong Excel skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader in a related field.
• Strong understanding of Procurement, Logistics, Vendor Management, and contract administration processes.
• Experienced in tender/bidding processes, quotation evaluation, price negotiation, and managing the pricing of goods and services.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process from purchase requests to delivery.
• Select and evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing and terms.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with budgets, procedures, and timelines.
• Coordinate contract administration and vendor payments.
• Lead and develop procurement team to achieve targets.
