Job summary

PT Karya Bina Nusantara is seeking a Staff Purchasing to coordinate with suppliers, especially China vendors, and support procurement operations in Jakarta. You will handle quotations, negotiate terms, and create purchase orders.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor, experience in procurement is a plus, strong English, Mandarin a plus, and proficiency in Excel.

You will maintain supplier relationships and track orders to ensure timely delivery while keeping meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in relevant field.
• Purchasing/Procurement experience is a plus.
• Experience communicating with vendors from China.
• Active English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Mandarin language is a plus.
• Able to negotiate and follow up with suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
