Job summary

GoTo Financial seeks a skilled People Business Partner in Jakarta to partner with business leaders, advising on HR solutions and leading performance management, talent development, and engagement in a fast-paced, regulated fintech setting.

You will own HR initiatives for assigned business areas, manage employee relations, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while coordinating audits with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years HR experience in HR business partnering or HR generalist roles within fintech.
• Hands-on in regulatory engagements and audits, preparing HR documentation and coordinating requests.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor regulations; OJK experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand people challenges and provide practical HR advice and solutions.
• Drive key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, promotions, and employee engagement.
• Manage employee relations matters with guidance and escalation as needed.
• Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with policies, labor laws, audit standards, and regulators.
• Coordinate HR audits and regulatory reviews with issue tracking and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to deliver people initiatives and timely action plans.
