Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking a People Business Partner for GoTo Financial in Indonesia. You will partner with business leaders to support people needs, drive performance management, and enable talent development in a highly regulated fintech environment.

You will manage employee relations, workforce planning, and HR compliance, coordinating with audit teams to ensure timely corrective actions and governance across the GoTo ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in HR, with business partnering or generalist experience in fintech.
• Experience supporting regulatory engagements and audits including HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on people challenges and provide HR solutions.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, promotions, and employee engagement.
• Manage employee relations, including performance concerns and disciplinary cases.
• Support workforce planning, org changes, and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure HR practices comply with policies, labor laws, and audit standards.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reviews with timely action closure.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to execute people initiatives.
