Cermati Fintech Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders, embed the company vision, and drive people initiatives across functions in Jakarta. You will develop leaders, manage performance processes, and expand the talent pipeline to support rapid growth.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, empathy, and program management skills to enhance employee experience and ensure regulatory compliance within a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years as People Partner/HRBP in high-growth tech environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leaders and HR colleagues.
• Excellent problem solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Effective communication with high empathy and collaboration across teams.

Aufgaben

• Embed and reinforce company vision and values through people practices and leadership development.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to improve business efficiency and leadership style.
• Advise line managers on performance management, appraisal processes, talent acquisition, succession planning, and career development.
• Lead Talent Management and Workforce Planning to support business expansion and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Drive formal and informal performance evaluations and coach leaders to boost performance.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs and maintain open communication channels with leaders and staff.
• Support other HR duties/projects as assigned and contribute to policy development and compliance.
