Job summary

GoTo Financial is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to support business leaders in a fast-paced, highly regulated fintech environment. You will guide HR solutions, drive performance and talent processes, and manage employee relations with an eye on regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with HR, compliance, and audit teams to deliver robust people initiatives, oversee workforce planning, and ensure timely action on corrective plans, while embedding governance across GoTo's growing

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of HR experience in roles such as HR business partner or HR generalist within fintech.
• Hands-on experience supporting regulatory engagements and audits, with HR documentation coordination.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance, labor regulations, audit requirements; OJK-regulated industry is a plus.
• Ability to independently support managers, identify people-related issues, and propose practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness with accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across HR, business, compliance, and audit teams.
• Strong execution, analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As the People Business Partner at GoTo Financial, you will work closely with business leaders and managers to support their people and organizational needs. You will provide practical HR advice, manage employee matters, and drive people initiatives across performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. You will take ownership of your assigned business areas, working with different stakeholders to ensure HR solutions are implemented effectively.

What You Will Do

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand people challenges and provide practical HR advice and solutions.
• Drive key HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, promotions, and employee engagement, ensuring consistent and timely execution.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases, with appropriate guidance and escalation when needed.
• Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent development initiatives based on business needs.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with internal policies, applicable labor laws, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate HR-related internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance activities, including evidence preparation, issue tracking, and timely closure of corrective actions.

Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to deliver people initiatives, identify risks, and ensure timely execution of agreed action plans.

What You Will Need

• 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, including hands-on experience in HR business partnering or HR generalist roles within the fintech industry.
• Hands-on experience supporting regulatory engagements and audits, including preparing HR-related documentation, coordinating regulatory requests and following up on findings.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance, applicable labor regulations, audit requirements, and HR documentation standards; experience in an OJK-regulated industry is an advantage.
• Ability to independently support managers, identify people-related issues, and recommend practical solutions with sound judgment.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness, with the ability to maintain accurate records, identify compliance gaps, and follow through on corrective actions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, business, compliance, and audit teams.
• Strong execution, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
