Job summary

Ajaib Group is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to partner with SVPs and department heads, translating business aims into effective people initiatives. You will drive talent strategies, performance management, and employee engagement to support high-growth units and organizational effectiveness.

Partner with central People operations, manage labour relations in Indonesia, and coach leaders on performance, succession, and talent development.

Qualifications

7–10 years of dedicated HRBP experience in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law and employee relations.
Multi-country experience is a plus.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proven track record partnering with business unit heads on org design and talent reviews.

Responsibilities

Act as primary People Partner to SVPs, VPs, and functional leads, aligning workforce plans with business goals.
Lead HiPo retention programs, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Drive performance management, compensation alignment, and annual reviews.
Elevate employee trust, engagement, and culture across high-growth units.
Utilize people data to identify risks and inform business decisions.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to meet manpower needs.
Coach leaders on team management, feedback, and high-performance cultures.
