Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking an experienced professional to provide analysis and leadership in organization development, aligning with organizational goals and improving effectiveness. The role covers benchmarking, workforce planning, and performance alignment across functions and business units.

The candidate will analyze OKRs/KPIs, perform job evaluations, and help design organizational architecture to create value for customers now and in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–4 years in Organization Development or Human Resources.
• Solid understanding of Human Capital and Organization Development.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis regarding organizational effectiveness by doing research, benchmarking, and comparative analysis to identify opportunities in improving the effectiveness aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze and verify for each employee fulfillment request, employee mutation, rotation, and work load analysis from across function and business unit in Arya Noble to maintain the man power planning and support man resources needed.
• Analyze and verify OKRs and KPI for each employee by collaborating with strategy management, productivity management, and leaders to establish productive employees aligned with organization goals.
• Perform job evaluation using defined tools or methods by analyzing job descriptions and scope for each position to maintain the principle of fairness and balance between position.
• Provide organizational architecture across functions and business units in Arya Noble to continuously create value for present and future customers, optimizing and organizing itself.
• Maintain good relation and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage implementation of change management based on the plan by collaborating with related stakeholders to achieve change objectives and a smooth process.
• Provide data needed, such as employee data, OSI, MPP data, organizational architecture, and ad hoc data related to organization development to support organizational operations and decision making.
• Provide organization development activities report and other reports related to it to monitor and evaluate the progress.
