Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Organization Development professional to gather needs across the organization, analyze alignment with business objectives, and craft accurate job sets and recommendations for Arya Noble's functions.

You will oversee workload and manpower planning, maintain HRIS data, support change management, and deliver OD dashboards and reports to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years in Organization Development or HR preferred.
• Strong understanding of Human Capital and OD.
• Business understanding.
• Experience with workload analysis and data literacy including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gather user needs regarding organization fulfillment and analyze alignment with organization/company needs to create an accurate job set and recommendation.
• Perform job analysis across functions and business unit to identify responsibilities, roles, and expectations for each position.
• Develop Objective Key Result for leader positions and KPI for non-leader positions by analyzing job descriptions and organization objectives to provide metrics for evaluating job holders.
• Perform analysis for employee fulfillment requests, mutations or rotations to support manpower planning.
• Perform workload analysis to identify load for a position or optimal manpower.
• Maintain good relation and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage organization development database by updating ERF & FAK to dashboard, updating HRIS, Organization Structure and related data.
• Manage MPP data to ensure accuracy and up-to-date data for productivity analysis.
• Support organization change management by preparing data needs for implementation and analyzing impact.
• Monitor organization development dashboard and produce reports for ongoing OD activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather user needs regarding organization fulfillment (Structure, Job Description, Manpower Additional) and analyze their alignment with organization/company needs to create an accurate job set and recommendation.
• Perform job analysis across functions and business unit in Arya Noble to identify responsibilities, roles, and expectations for each position in Arya Noble.
• Develop Objective Key Result for leader position and Key Performance Indicator for non leader position by analyzing job description and organization objective to provide metrics for evaluating of job holder.
• Perform analysis for each employee fulfillment request, employee mutation or rotation from across function and business unit in Arya Noble to maintain the man power planning and support man resources needed.
• Perform workload analysis to identify load for a position or analyze optimal number of man power in organization.
• Maintain good relation and collaboration with internal and external parties to achive the operational excellence.
• Managing organization development database by updating ERF & FAK to dashboard, updating HRIS System, Organization Structure and others data related to OD to achieve operational excellence
• Managing MPP (Man Power Planning) data and ensure the accuracy and up-to-date data, to support the analysis of organization productivity
• Support every organization change management by preparing data needs for the implementation and analyzing impact or result from the change.
• Monitor organization development dashboard and create report for on going OD activities (ERF, FAK, etc) to be proceed and evaluated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering Major
• 1 - 2 Years in Organization Development or Human Resources Field will be a plus point ;
• Good understanding of Human Capital and Organization Development.
• Having business understanding.
