Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking a Learning & Development specialist to shape and deliver targeted learning programs across the organization. You will analyze needs, design curricula, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure impactful training outcomes.

The role demands hands-on facilitation, LMS proficiency, and budget-aware program management to support the company’s two major groups, Erha and Genero, within a dynamic Indonesian business ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Learning and Management Systems and Human Behavioral Science.
• Skills in Project Management, Learning Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, and Training Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill development needs through role and business understanding and design personalized learning interventions.
• Develop effective learning programs, including syllabus and methodologies, based on learning needs analysis.
• Propose tailored learning designs and programs to stakeholders ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Facilitate learning sessions for specific employee levels and topics.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners for seamless program execution.
• Foster continuous improvement in Arya Noble Business School’s processes and systems.
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate current programs with stakeholders to optimize results.
• Oversee implementation of all learning programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget management.
