Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and automate the company-wide OKR tracking process; identify performance gaps, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive initiatives to close them
• Analyze key business drivers, including topline and bottomline performance, to generate actionable insights
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry best‑practice research to support strategic decision‑making
• Lead high‑impact projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, creating scalable solutions, and resolving business bottlenecks
• Prepare and present clear, data‑driven reports on performance, insights, and recommendations to the Board of Directors (BOD)
