Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking an Organizational Development professional to analyze organizational effectiveness and benchmark opportunities that improve performance in line with strategic goals. You will support manpower planning and cross-functional HR services to optimize resource use.

The role involves validating OKRs/KPIs with senior management, conducting job evaluations, and shaping organizational architecture to deliver value for customers now and in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–4 years in Organization Development or Human Resources.
• Solid understanding of Human Capital and Organization Development.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis regarding organizational effectiveness by researching, benchmarking, and comparative analyses to identify opportunities aligning with organizational goals.
• Analyze and verify employee fulfillment requests, mutation, rotation, and workload analysis across functions and business units to maintain manpower planning and HR support.
• Analyze OKRs and KPIs for each employee by collaborating with strategy management, productivity management, and leaders to ensure productive alignment with goals.

Qualification:
