PT AetherAI Group Indonesia seeks an experienced Senior Operations Executive to run day-to-day operations and deliver projects across the group in Jakarta. You will coordinate with the Jakarta team to keep priorities and deadlines on track, while supporting Business Development on tenders and bids.

Responsibilities include managing office administration, OSS compliance, contracts, monthly reports and procurement, plus developing SOPs and aligning with Finance and HR on budgets and staffing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, project management or general management.
• Experience in a technology company or with technology projects (AI, software, systems integration) is a plus.
• Proven experience preparing tender documents and supporting bids for corporate or government clients.
• Working knowledge of Indonesian OSS licensing and company administration.
• Comfortable working in a lean, growing team and building systems from scratch.
• Strong organization, planning and problem-solving skills; able to manage several projects.
• High integrity, attention to detail and confidentiality; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Mansioni

• Run day-to-day operations and oversee project delivery across the group's companies and projects, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with the Jakarta team to keep priorities and deadlines on track.
• Work with Business Development on sales opportunities and tenders, including preparing complete tender and bid documents.
• Manage office administration and company compliance, including OSS licenses, legal documents and contracts.
• Prepare monthly management reports and track progress against targets.
• Manage vendors and procurement, including selection, contracts and performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs so that work is done consistently and to standard.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR to align operations, budgets and staffing.
