Job summary

Dyna.Ai is seeking a proactive Project Operations Specialist to monitor the end-to-end delivery of initiatives in Jakarta. Your role will ensure timely execution, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to keep customers satisfied.

You will optimize operational strategies based on internal and external requirements, support pre-sales during POC engagements, and leverage internal tools to resolve challenges while maintaining high quality delivery in a fast-paced fintech/AI voice

Qualifications

Fluent in Chinese (Mandatory), English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience in banking, consumer finance, or fintech preferred, with client-facing project implementation experience and AI voice product exposure.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability, with ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

Monitor overall progress and execution of projects to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure success of POC projects, assist in pre-sales to maintain POC quality, and independently troubleshoot and resolve project issues.
Develop and optimize operational strategies based on internal and external requirements.
Proficiently use internal tools and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
