PT AetherAI Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to strengthen the group’s finance and operations across Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. You will oversee financial administration, cash flow, budgeting, and reporting for multiple entities in IDR, USD, and HKD while partnering with tax, accounting, and audit professionals.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance and accounting, strong tax knowledge, and hands-on implementation ability in a lean, growing team.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience with multi-entity or cross-border transactions.
• Hands-on in day-to-day execution and building systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting and control.
• Proficient in Indonesian tax compliance (PPh 21, 23, PPN, Coretax).
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.

Through PT AetherAI Group Indonesia, our Jakarta team supports every company in the group and works across several projects at the same time.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as a Senior Finance Executive and play a key role in strengthening the group's finance and operations function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial administration and overall financial operations across the group's companies.

Prepare, review, and analyze periodic financial reports for management.

Manage and monitor cash flow, including projections of the company's funding requirements.

Prepare and monitor the company budget, including budget-versus-actual analysis.

Own cash, budget and management reporting for the group's companies.

Prepare and process payments to vendors, employees, and other parties in line with company procedures. Payments are approved and released by management; this role does not approve or release payments.

Reconcile transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Ensure effective financial controls and proper financial documentation.

Ensure all financial transactions are fully supported by complete and accountable documentation.

Prepare financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.

Coordinate with internal and external parties on the company's financial administration and operational needs.

Oversee the outsourced accounting and tax provider: review its work, reports and deadlines, and make sure filings are accurate and on time.

Handle multi-company and multi-currency transactions (IDR, USD, HKD), including transactions between group companies.

Work with the Hong Kong accountant and auditor on the accounts and audits of the Hong Kong companies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.

Experience setting up or improving finance processes in a growing company, ideally with exposure to multi-entity or cross-border transactions.

Comfortable working in a lean, growing team, with hands-on involvement in day-to-day execution as well as building systems and processes from the ground up.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial control.

Hands-on knowledge of Indonesian tax compliance, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN and the Coretax system.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience using accounting software or financial systems.

Strong analytical skills; meticulous, systematic, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently, take initiative, and resolve issues effectively.

High integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to keep financial information confidential.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.

Mandarin is a plus.

Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
