Huawei in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an IP Pre Sales Engineer to drive the enterprise IP Datacom business for financial and enterprise accounts across Indonesia. You will translate complex customer requirements into scalable network architectures and collaborate with account managers, product teams, and delivery engineers to deliver competitive solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in ICT disciplines required.
5+ years in ICT product sales, solution sales or pre-sales for enterprise networks.
Experience designing carrier-grade network architectures for financial/enterprise clients.
Hands-on with routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, MPLS, SRv6.
Strong English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

Promote Huawei's IP Datacom portfolio including routing, switching, SD-WAN and firewall solutions.
Design scenario-based enterprise network architectures for banking, telecom, ISP and mission-critical environments.
Support account managers during technical presentations, workshops, and requirement analysis.
Lead proposal preparation, solution design, BoQ creation and RFI/RFP responses.
Participate in tender presentations and defend against competitors.
Collaborate with delivery, engineering and product teams to ensure feasibility and success.
Analyze market trends and customer requirements to improve solution competitiveness.
Support POC, technical demos and enterprise networking workshops.
Provide technical enablement and product training to internal teams and partners.
Contribute to long-term solution strategy and regional product competitiveness.
