Job summary

Huawei Indonesia is seeking an IP Pre Sales Engineer to drive enterprise IP Datacom deals across banking, telecom, and large enterprises in Indonesia. You will design scalable networks, support bids, and act as the technical advisor during customer engagements.

The role requires strong vendor experience and collaboration with account managers, product teams, and delivery engineers to translate requirements into competitive architectures. Jakarta Selatan on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related ICT disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of ICT Product Sales, Solution Sales, or Pre‑Sales Engineering in enterprise networking.
• Strong experience designing enterprise or carrier-grade network architectures for financial services customers.
• Hands-on with routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN and enterprise networking technologies from major vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to engage technical and business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Promote Huawei's IP Datacom portfolio including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, and enterprise networking solutions.
• Design scenario-based enterprise network architectures for banking, telecom, ISP, and critical environments.
• Support account managers during technical presentations, workshops, requirement analysis, and solution discussions.
• Lead technical proposal preparation, solution design, BoQ creation, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Participate in tender presentations and defend solutions against competitors.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure feasibility and success.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements to improve competitiveness.
• Support POC, technical demonstrations, and enterprise networking workshops.
• Provide technical enablement and product training to internal teams and partners.
• Contribute to long-term solution strategy and regional product competitiveness initiatives.
