Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding, logistics, import‑export, or customs‑related environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian import‑export regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience reviewing PIB and other customs documents.

Responsibilities

• Review import documentation and PIB; ensure compliance with customs requirements.
• Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, warehouses and customs authorities to secure clearance.
• Monitor shipments and maintain accurate records of import/export activities.
