Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking an HR Manager to lead and manage HR across multiple construction and project sites, ensuring strategies align with business objectives while integrating Health, Safety and Environment practices into people management.

You will oversee manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in mining or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations practices.
• Proven experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits).
• Good understanding of HSE principles in project-based or site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions across multiple construction/project sites.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, workforce deployment, and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and industrial relations practices.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases and conflict resolution.
• Integrate and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) principles into HR policies and daily operations.
• Participate in incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team while fostering a collaborative, fair, and safety-driven work culture.
