Job summary

RSM INDONESIA is seeking a Senior HR Talent Development to drive learning programs and talent development initiatives. The role focuses on implementing development programs, mapping talent, and ensuring succession planning across the organization.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver impactful development strategies, manage HiPo programs, and strengthen internal talent mobility in a dynamic environment. Travel may be required to support regional programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR Training / HR Talent Management.
• Bachelor’s degree GPA 3.00/4.00 or higher in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement People Development and Talent Management activities, including learning and development programs.
• Collaborate with PIC Training and Trainers to implement programs.
• Prepare Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on competency requirements and training history.
• Collaborate with Partners & Managers to conduct talent reviews and manage HiPo and talent pipelines.
