Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia seeks an enterprise-minded leader to shape and deliver talent, succession, learning and capability agendas. You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines, map future skills and govern talent data with a focus on business impact.

You will guide enterprise solutions shaped for Indonesia’s regulatory context, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes across Asia and Corporate initiatives. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience across talent management, succession, capability, leadership development, or learning.
• Ownership of enterprise talent portfolios including executive facilitation and people leadership.
• Experience translating regional/global frameworks into market solutions and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set and govern multi-year talent, succession, learning and capability strategy and investments.
• Lead critical-role identification, execution of succession plans and readiness assessments.
• Create differentiated leadership and learning portfolios with measurable impact.
• Oversee analytics, dashboards and governance of talent data to inform leadership decisions.
