Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced Talent Management leader to drive the full Talent Management cycle, succession planning, and development programs. You will lead health check initiatives and translate findings into actionable improvements with HRBPs and executives.

Responsibilities include designing development programs, monitoring progress, and building capabilities across key employee populations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management or related HR areas.
• Strong experience in talent reviews and succession planning.
• Strong stakeholder management with HRBPs and senior leaders.
• Strong data analysis and translating feedback into actions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Management cycle, including identification, review, calibration and development planning.
• Drive succession planning for critical roles with regular monitoring.
• Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Design and implement development programs through training, mentoring, coaching and job assignments.
• Lead Employee Health Check initiatives (surveys, pulse checks, focus groups).
• Translate Health Check findings into improvements with business leaders.
• Drive Functional Academies and capability-building programs.
• Monitor effectiveness using talent readiness, progress, and engagement indicators.
