The role emphasizes effective administration, budgeting, and reporting for HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labor regulations in Indonesia. Collaboration with management is essential for ongoing workforce optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources development
• Proficient in workforce planning, job analysis, job descriptions, job specifications, and workload analysis (WLA)
• Proficient in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and managing training programs
• Proficient in implementing KPIs
• Understanding of the recruitment process
• Understanding of labor regulations

Responsibilities

• Plan the company’s human resources needs to ensure the right number of employees with the right competencies are available at the right time
• Ensure the performance management system—through the development, implementation, and evaluation of KPIs—operates effectively and objectively
• Ensure training and competency development programs are implemented in accordance with the organization’s needs
• Ensure talent management and career development are managed optimally
• Ensure the recruitment and selection process operates effectively in accordance with the company’s needs
• The administration, budgeting, and reporting related to HR development are managed in an orderly manner
